In the past, curry beef rice and egg bun rice were made separately. Today, I have a surprise. I want to combine these two together. It's really a surprise.
Step1:Curry. One for spare.
Step2:Dice all kinds of ingredients.

Step4:The rice is wrapped in an omelet. I use the leftovers from the day before. Make sure it's hot before packing.
Step5:Add oil to the hot pot. Put the onion in the pot.
Step6:Stir fry onion and add diced carrots, peas, potato chips and other vegetables. Cook with soup.
Step7:Cut the cooked beef into small pieces and put them in the pot.
Step8:Use cold water to break up the curry.
Step9:When all the ingredients in the pot are cooked, add curry juice into the soup. When the soup is thick, pour it on the rice with egg. Done.
Cooking tips:1. I use cooked potatoes and beef. It greatly shortens the production time. 2. The curry block must be boiled in cold water. Because the curry block will be sticky when it is preheated, the melted curry juice must be added at the end. Otherwise, the dishes will not be cooked and the pot will be sticky. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
