Step1:Wash the foie gras and put it into milk to thaw until it is completely melted.
Step2:Take out the melted foie gras and refrigerate for an hour.
Step3:Cut the foie gras into 1cm thick slices. Wrap it with kitchen paper. Absorb excess water. Be careful not to squeeze. Do not damage the shape of foie gras.
Step4:Pat a little salt on both sides of foie gras with your hand. Do not overdo it. Just a little bit.
Step5:Then take a picture of the raw meal. Just a little. Sprinkle a little black pepper.
Step6:Put a little butter in the non stick pot. Melt it in a small heat. Put in foie gras. Both sides of the paper-cut are slightly burnt. Do not fry it.
Step7:Decorate with mulberry and mint leaves. Remove greasiness. Decorate with blueberry sauce.
Step8:Put in foie gras and put it on a plate.
