Every winter, I always make some nuomi lotus root. It's just because my family both like it.
Step1:Wash and scrape the lotus root. Then wash the glutinous rice and control the moisture content. Cut the glutinous rice lotus root from the top third. Pour the glutinous rice into the lotus root hole. Put the glutinous rice into each lotus root hole. Then fix the three parts together with toothpick. Put some water in the pot until the lotus root is over. Pour in some ice sugar, brown sugar, water and boil for more than an hour.
Step2:Put some water in the pot. Until the lotus root is over, put in some ice sugar and brown sugar.
Step3:When the water is boiled, it's better to boil it for more than an hour.
