Beancurd is a kind of thin film formed on the surface of soymilk after it is heated and boiled for a period of time. It has very high nutritional value. When selecting the beancurd, it should be yellow and white in color, bright in oil, in the shape of branches or leaves. It's brittle and easy to fold. It's not recommended to select the ones that are too yellow or too white. It's better to use cold water to soak beancurd. Hot water is fragile.
Step1:Soak the beancurd in cold water for about 3 hours. Cut into pieces for standby.
Step2:Cut the green peppers. Slice the lean meat and mix with starch and soy sauce.
Step3:In the hot pot, stir fry the cold oil in the sliced meat. Leave the oil in the pot, stir fry the garlic slices until fragrant, then add the green pepper to make them soft. Put the beancurd.
Step4:Stir fry for two minutes. Put in meat slices. Add salt and soy sauce, stir well. Add a little monosodium glutamate to taste.
Cooking tips:It is not suitable to use hot water for soaking beancurd. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
