Cooking Steps

   Step1:Sliced chicken gizzards. Sliced celery in an oblique way. Chopped garlic and ginger. Sliced chili peppers are also cut into ring

   Step2:Put sesame oil (sesame oil) in the pot when it's hot. Stir fry garlic, ginger and pepper when it's ho

   Step3:Stir fry garlic, ginger and chilli and put them into chicken gizzar

   Step4:When the gizzards are discolored, stir fry them with wine and then add celer

5. 

   Step5:Put the celery in the middle of the fire. Add chicken essence, sugar and salt. Don't fry too long. Chicken gizzards will grow old. It's good to ride out when you're familiar.
