It's not the same way as Taiwan's frying. They fry oysters first, then pour in egg liquid and sprinkle vegetables. I prefer my own way of doing this. The eggs and vegetables are half cooked before oysters. The oysters are more fresh and tender.
Step1:The oysters are washed clean. The eggs are broken up with sal
Step2:Cut the oatmeal into small pieces. Dice the onion. Shred the carrot. Pour into the basin together
Step3:Mix with egg white and peppe
Step4:Small heat, flat and non stick pot. Pour a little oil into the pot. Pour in the mixed egg liquid
Step5:Continue frying on low heat until the bottom is ripe. Place the oysters on top one by one
Step6:Fry it over low heat until it's done. Turn it over carefully. Fry it for another ten seconds
Step7:Just take out the cutting bloc
Step8:Detai
Step9:Detai
Step10:Detai
Cooking tips:1. You can also mix oysters with egg liquid and pour them into the pot together. But I think it's more tender to put oysters later. And the eggs can be cooked well. 2. Don't add water to the egg liquid. Don't fry it too long after turning over. Don't fry all the water in the oyster. Then the oyster will dehydrate and age and harden. 3. Because of the onion, there is no onion. Onions are crispy and slightly sweet. There are skills to relieve fishiness and make dishes delicious.
