For the first time, I knew that flowers can not only bring people a good sense of vision and smell, but also bring people a taste enjoyment. With the memory of taste, I made my own flower cake. In winter, most of the flowers sold in the north are shipped from the south. In the case of not sure whether the flowers and petals bought are fresh, sprayed with medicine and eaten directly during the transportation, I conservatively chose Yunnan flower jam as the material. The products may not taste as good as the flowers and petals, but I think they are good.
Step1:Prepare the ingredients. There is no lard at home. I use butter instead. As for vegetable oil, as I said before, it's not recommended for baking.

Step5:Put the fried glutinous rice flour into the flower paste. Mix well.
Step6:Rub it into 9 or 10 equal circles. I made 9 here. I used to make 10.
Step7:Divide the oil skin and water oil skin into 9 parts. The divided equal parts must be covered with fresh-keeping film to avoid air drying.
Step8:Take the tare and roll it into a cake. Wrap the pastry.
Step9:Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 20 minutes.
Step10:Take one of them and roll it into a tongue.
Step11:Roll up from one side.
Step12:Turn it 90 degrees and roll it into a tongue again. Roll it up.
Step13:Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 15 minutes. Because each is the same way. It's almost the same time to circle down.
Step14:Close the two sides to the center. Make a round cake. Remember to cover all the finished products with plastic wrap.
Step15:Take one of them and roll it into the crust. Put in the filling. It's like wrapping the pie. Pinch it tightly and face down.

Step17:Make small holes in the wrapped cake with toothpicks to prevent the cake from bulging during baking.
Step18:Put the flower cake into the baking tray, brush the egg liquid, or sprinkle sesame seeds on it. Preheat the oven for 160 degrees. The middle layer lasts for 25-30 minutes. According to the adjustment of my own oven, the original ACA oven in my home needs 30 minutes. Now, the baking function of Hitachi microwave oven is 150 ° 22 minutes. So it's a big difference.

Cooking tips:When making, try to use lard. It has a good crisp effect. In addition, remember to prevent the tare and water tare from drying. Cover the whole process with fresh-keeping film. The storage after baking is also very important. It's dry in winter in the north. Try to put the baked flower cake in the food bag indoors to avoid drying and hardening.
