It's easy to learn.
Step1:Wash the bass. Cut along the belly. Pull out a few knives on the fish.
Step2:Two tablespoons cooking wine. Cut three pieces of ginger and put them under the fish. Half a bag of marinated spicy pot bottom material (put one bag if you like to be spicy) and spread it on the fish evenly. Marinate for 20 minutes.
Step3:Cut the scallion into oblique sections, ginger into shreds and garlic into pieces.

Step5:Put the marinated fish in the oven at 220 ℃ and bake for 20 minutes.
Step6:Heat the oil in a hot pot and add the onion, ginger and garlic. Add water to the bottom of the pot and stir fry the remaining half bag.
Step7:All the side dishes. Add some salt and chicken essence according to your taste.
Step8:Add the fried ingredients to the roasted fish. Bake for another 5 minutes.
Step9:Dry pepper. Pour hot oil over it.
