I am a lazy cook. I love Kwai Tai. I don't like complicated condiments.
Step1:Sliced potatoes. Sliced celer
Step2:Heat up the oil, stir fry the garlic, add the shredded potatoes, celery, stir fry over high heat, add salt and five spices.
Step3:Stir fry the shredded potatoes until they are soft. Stir them for a few more times to get out of the pot. I like the shredded potatoes cut by knife, so I always make my own horse. I never use the tool to wipe the silk.
Cooking tips:Wash the potato shreds with water. Wash off the starch. White potatoes are suitable for frying. Less starch. Red potatoes are suitable for stewing. Starch is good for cooking.
