In fact, there are quite a lot of production procedures for this night's yangchunmian recommended to you today. In my first two recipes, cooking lard and boiling soup are all for bedding this bowl of noodles. A bowl of delicious Yangchun noodles is definitely not as simple as boiled noodles with water and some lard and onion. The process of making a bowl of very authentic yangchunmian should at least include cooking scallion oil and boiling soup. It's hard for families to pull out the special and thin noodles. The thick noodles are not suitable for making Yangchun noodles. So I used the thin round noodles to make Yangchun noodles.

Step2:Slow fried for 35 minutes.

Step6:The thick hand rolling noodles are not suitable for making Yangchun noodles, so I used the thin round hanging noodles to make Yangchun noodles.
Step7:Add a spoonful of scallion oil to the noodles. Add half a spoon of salt. There is already salt in the soup. So add some salt when cooking noodles. Add a spoonful of soy sauce.
Step8:Add garlic sprouts or scallions as you like.
