I like Korean hot cabbage very much. Suddenly one day I wanted to say if anyone had ever made hot cabbage dumplings. Then I studied it. I didn't expect it would be particularly successful. This is the second time I made it. I decided to write it in the recipe and share it with you.
Step1:Mix the dough first. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside.
Step2:Choose fresh streaky pork or back hip tip and wash them.
Step3:Chop up the meat. Cut up the onion and ginger and pour in the meat.
Step4:Add oyster sauce, salt, chicken essence and pepper in turn. Stir the meat stuffing in one direction. Add water in several times during the mixing process. Adding water to stir the meat stuffing will make the meat stuffing more tender and juicy. Put aside after mixing.
Step5:Prepare Korean hot cabbage. In fact, it depends on your taste. I use a ratio of 1-1 for meat and cabbage.
Step6:Mix the chopped cabbage with the meat stuffing and mix well.
Step7:Prepare the dumpling skin. I usually eat dumplings and like the skin rolled very thin. It's just a personal preference.
Step8:The dumplings are ready. Just boil them in the pot.
Step9:Because the skin of dumplings is very thin, the cooked dumplings are all named. They are both good-looking and delicious
