Spring Festival is coming. I'm going back to my hometown to celebrate the Spring Festival. I and my friends love chocolate. The cocoa butter is not safe. So I decided to make some gifts for you at home.
Step1:Mash the nuts. Mix in the chocolate sauce and cocoa powder.
Step2:Use a small spoon to make a small ball of the stuffing that has just been stirred evenly, and place it in the baking tray covered with plastic film. Then refrigerate for more than 20 minutes.
Step3:Mash the freeze-dried durian and the freeze-dried yellow peach into small granules for use.
Step4:Break up the chocolate coins of fafuna milk. Divide them into two parts and heat them to melt. The water temperature is 5558 ℃. Stir until there are no particles.
Step5:Add crushed durian and yellow peach to the melted chocolate. Stir to make it mixed evenly.
Step6:Spoon the mixed chocolate into the mold evenly. Cover the bottom and the edge.
Step7:Put in the frozen stuffing.
Step8:Cover the bottom with another scoop of chocolate. Let the chocolate just fill the mold.
Step9:Refrigerate the mold for 30 minutes and then demould it.
Cooking tips:Freeze dried fruit is crispy and has no added fruit, so it is suitable for Ferrero chocolate. But it must be mashed immediately. Otherwise, it will absorb moisture and become soft. We can buy more chocolate molds in several styles to distinguish the taste. My recipe can make 60 chocolates. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
