Fry the tofu a little. It not only removes the smell of bean, but also increases the flavor of tofu. It's not very greasy. It's really delicious.
Step1:Soak black fungus in warm water 3 hours in advance. Wash and slice.
Step2:Sliced ginger, sliced scallion, sliced mushroom and carrot.
Step3:Cut the tofu into pieces. Heat the oil in the pan, then put the tofu into the pan. Fry until both sides are golden. Dish out and set aside.
Step4:Leave the oil in the pot. Saute the ginger slices and put them into mushroom, carrot and black fungus.
Step5:Stir fry for two minutes, then add water and simmer until cooked.
Step6:Finally put the tofu. Add oyster sauce and salt. After boiling, sprinkle white pepper and onion.
Cooking tips:Don't fry tofu with too much oil to avoid being too greasy. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
