Rub your meat pieces with your hands to help them color and taste. Then refrigerate. Marinate for at least 24 hours.
Step3:Put tin foil on the baking tray. Put the cured meat on the baking net. Brush some marinade on the surface of the meat. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the pan in the middle and lower layers. I bake for 1 hour in total. Brush the marinade and honey every 20 minutes, and turn it over.
