Step1:Prepare dumpling skin ingredients. I made dumplings in three colors. One is the primary color with water, one is purple cabbage, and the other is orange carrot. You can also make green ones like spinach. Of course, if you don't bother to toss, you can make the primary color ones. The flour is 300g in total. Put them into three pots respectively.
Step2:Prepare fillings and ingredients.
Step3:Beat carrots with water to make carrot juice. It's just a matter of beating juice raw.
Step4:Slowly pour the water (vegetable juice) into the flour. At the same time, stir with chopsticks to form floccules. But the water absorption of each kind of flour is different. So don't pour water (vegetable juice) into the flour at once. I finally used 52g of water. Carrot juice is a little thick. Finally, 54G of carrot juice and 55g of purple cabbage juice are used. The noodles can be mixed in the proportion of water (vegetable juice) and noodles 1-2. I use Beidahuang organic dumpling flour. The absorption is poor. So I use more water (vegetable juice).
Step5:Make two dough separately. If you feel the dough is still a little dry, you can dip some water in your hand and continue to knead. It doesn't matter if the dough is not smooth, because you need to wake up. Wrap the dough with plastic wrap or cover the basin. Wake up the dough for 30 minutes.
Step6:You can make stuffing when you wake up. Cut the vegetables into several knives. Then put the meat stuffing and shrimp into the mixing cup of the auxiliary food machine. First turn the auxiliary food machine and stir for several times. Then knock in two quail eggs (half an egg) and continue to stir.
Step7:Open the lid and add a small amount of baby's soy sauce, baby's sesame oil seasoning and salt to the baby. Then continue to turn the auxiliary food machine. Stir into a fine and thick filling.

Step9:When you wake up, you can start rolling. Prepare some flour to make hand powder to prevent sticking. Sprinkle some flour on the chopping board and dough. First, press the dough flat.
