Because my daughter likes to eat. It's more reassuring to make meat stuffing by herself. So I learned to make this traditional dish.

Step7:Take out the steamed meatballs and put them into the plate. Pour the water of the steamed meatballs into the frying pan and boil it. Pour it over the meatballs. Drizzle a little more sesame oil. It's on the table.
Cooking tips:1. The production process should be stirred in one direction. 2. Add the water soaked with scallion and ginger and repeat it several times. The balls are more soft. I put the meatballs twice. The meat is very solid. According to personal preference. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
