Spring is impetuous. It's easy to catch fire. Buy a pear in the supermarket. Some tremella and chrysanthemum. Prepare some ice sugar. Simple production can cook the snow pear Tremella chrysanthemum sugar water which is not only fire-fighting but also delicious. Drink it once in the evening. Drink it again the next day when it's hot. It's good for the fire.
Step1:A Sydney. Peel and core. Cut into small piece
Step2:Soak the tremella well (if the soaking time is not enough, you can use warm water). The quantity of Tremella should not be too much. A plate (round) of Tremella sold in the supermarket can take a quarter of the quantity. Too much sugar and water will thicken the tremella
Step3:Put the pieces of Sydney, the soaked tremella and chrysanthemum into the pot together. Add water (the amount of water is determined by yourself. I usually put 34 bowls of water). Start cooking over medium heat
Step4:After boiling, add in the rock sugar (add according to your taste. Add more rock sugar if you like). Stir until the rock sugar melts. Cook on a low heat for another 5 minutes or so until the Sydney changes color.
Step5:Turn off the fire and get out of the po
