I bought some walnuts a few years ago. With a few days left for my holiday, I peeled them out and made some walnuts pancakes. They were sealed in the jar. When I was having tea in the afternoon, I made a cup of strong coffee. I read books, ate snacks, listened to music. I was relaxed, quiet, clear and free.
Step1:Peel the raw walnuts. Put them in the baking tray. Bake them 180 degrees in the oven for 10 minutes.
Step2:Mix the low gluten flour, dry yeast, baking powder and salt together.
Step3:One egg is scratched. Leave a small spoon to brush the surface later.
Step4:Put sugar and corn oil in the egg mixture. Stir well.
Step5:Put the walnuts in the fresh-keeping bag. Crush them with a rolling pin. Put them together with the black sesame seeds.
Step6:Put all the ingredients together, that is, flour, walnut, black sesame and egg mixture.
Step7:It's a big dough.
Step8:Divide into small pieces. Knead them together. It can't be rubbed. Because it's too crisp and will be scattered. It's compressed after being kneaded into a ball. There are 38 in total.
Step9:Brush each one with the egg liquid left just now.
Step10:Put it into a preheated oven of 180 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes.
Step11:The color is golden. It's fresh. It's crisp.
