Double cooked meat
Step1:After the pork is defrosted, blanch it with hot water until the skin color changes, and then fish it out (while waiting for the meat to be blanched, you can cut the onion into sections and put it aside for future use
Step2:Prepare a basin of cold water in advance (ice water is better). Put the boiled streaky pork into cold water and soak it for 10mins. Let the meat shrink
Step3:After soaking, cut the meat into thin piece

Step5:Take it out after frying. Put the green onion and ginger into the oil pan to stir fry
Step6:Add bean paste, old soy sauce, raw soy sauce, white sugar and a little chicken essence in tur
Step7:When the juice is thick, pour in the meat. Stir fry until it is dyed.
Step8:Pour in the scallion. Stir fry for a few times. Turn off the heat. Cover the pan and cover for 30s
Step9:Done.
Cooking tips:Don't put too much bean paste. It will be salty.... There are skills in making delicious dishes.
