Beef has always been my great love, especially the way of braised and boiled. Among them, boiled beef tastes spicy, delicious, smooth, tender and strong. Even if I have no appetite, I can eat an extra bowl of rice when I see it. It's one of the necessary dishes for my appetizer.

Cooking tips:1. The fiber tissue of beef is thick. When slicing, it should be cut against the grain. 2. When cooking beef, put in the slices one by one to avoid conglutination. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
