In spring, it's important to nourish the liver. This simple dish can also be made at home.
Step1:First remove the blood vessels on the pig liver, and then rinse it with water for several times.
Step2:△ put a proper amount of water into the pot. Put pork liver, Prunella vulgaris, cassia seed and several slices of green onion and ginger into the pot.
Step3:△ bring to a boil. Turn to a low heat. Add some cooking wine and sugar. Cook for about 15 minutes.

Step7:△ heat the oil in the wok. Stir fry with scallion and ginger. Season with oyster sauce.
Step8:△ put the pork liver into the pot and stir fry for about 3 minutes.
Step9:△ add some Meiji fresh soy sauce and sugar. Pour in the persimmon and pepper. Add a little water.
Step10:△ then thicken. After collecting the juice, order the sesame oil and then out of the pot.
Cooking tips:When cooking pig liver, prick it with toothpick. It will make the blood water come out more easily. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
