Step1:Take proper amount of fresh mushroom, wash and control water, tear into small strips.
Step2:Blanch the boiled water for three or four minutes (to remove the fishy smell) and drain.
Step3:Break up the eggs. For crispness, use only egg white. I use whole egg.
Step4:Add some flour starch. The two are about 1-1. Five flavor powder and salt (it is better to be light but not salty). Mix well. Add some water. It depends on the amount and consistency of the egg powder paste.
Step5:You need a thick paste to hang your clothes. Pour in the mushroom strips and grasp well.
Step6:Heat up the oil pan to about 70%. Put chopsticks into it to make bubbles. Turn the medium heat one by one and put it into the pan. Fry until golden brown. Remove. Heat up the heat. Fry again for a few seconds and remove the oil and put it on a plate.
Step7:Roll the cooked sesame seeds slightly and sprinkle them with heat. Or serve with sesame salt. Crispy outside and tender inside.
