It's an ancestral dish that I learned from my grandfather. It has a strong flavor of kinship.
Step1:Wash spareribs. Drain and set aside.
Step2:Juice. Take a small bowl of rice. Pour in a third bowl of white sugar. Then pour in raw soy sauce. The amount of raw soy sauce is just more than white sugar. Pour in about half a bowl of vinegar.
Step3:Stir the sauce slightly and set aside.
Step4:Pour a little more oil into the pot than usual. Then pour in the spareribs. Stir continuously over high heat.
Step5:Wait until the ribs start to change color. Turn the heat to medium heat to avoid burning. Stir fry until the ribs turn yellow.
Step6:Pour the sauce into the pan and continue to stir fry the ribs.
Step7:When the sauce is thick, you can leave the pot. (note - after the sauce thickens slowly, turn down the heat to avoid burning.)
Step8:When you are out of the pan, sprinkle some white sesame seeds on it. Decorate with mint leaves.
