Step2:Add sugar powder to oatmeal and stir evenl
Step3:Add egg and olive oil to oatmeal and stir wel
Step4:Add some cranberries or raisins and stir wel
Step5:Use disposable gloves to flatten oats into balls. A little thinner will make them crispy
Step6:Preheat the oven in advance. 170 ℃ and 2530 minutes (the oven has different tempers, so the temperature and time should be adjusted slightly according to your own baking
Cooking tips:Sugar powder can be increased or decreased according to your own taste. I think 30g sugar powder is moderate. It's not too sweet. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
