This is the first dish uploaded (like potatoes and drumsticks). The seasoning is also simple. The taste is very good.
Step1:First wash the chicken legs and cut them into two pieces, then marinate them with salted cooking wine for 20 minute
Step2:Wash the potatoes, carrots and green peppers and cut them into small pieces for use (if you like potatoes, you can cut more
Step3:Add soy sauce, cooking wine and sugar (I think instant noodle seasoning bag is also very good) and mix well for us
Step4:Pour in vegetable oil and hot oil, add in all the side dishes, stir fry for a few time
Step5:Add water to about half the vegetables, and then spread the marinated chicken legs on it
Step6:Cover the pot and simmer for ten minute
Step7:Pour the sauce evenly on the chicken legs, cover the pot and simmer for ten minute
