Step1:Prepare ingredients, Ophiopogon japonicus, dried lily 10 g each, Dendrobium 6 g, jujube 2.
Step2:Cut the dates on both sides. Soak the other three in water for about 15 minutes.
Step3:Put the four materials in the health pot.
Step4:Add clear water to 1000ml.
Step5:Start herbal tea mode.
Step6:At the end of the mode, simmer for another 5 minutes. Then pour out the tea and drink it.
Cooking tips:Because of the big date, the tea is sweet. If you don't have dates, you can replace them with ice sugar or leave them alone. After the first round of tea, you can add another 1L of clear water. Cook it for the second time. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
