When I saw the boiled goose intestines in the hot pot, I thought it would be good to stir fry them. So I bought the semi-finished goose intestines to have a try. As expected, the stir fry was simple and delicious.
Step1:Wash goose intestines and cut them short.
Step2:Wash and shred the onions.
Step3:Mince garlic. Shred ginger.
Step4:All the ingredients are ready.
Step5:Heat the oil and stir fry all the ingredients. Then add salt, monosodium glutamate, a little soy sauce, pepper, cooking wine, stir evenly and then multiply.
