Step4:Wash the salted egg. Tap gently on the top of the egg with a sharp point. Maybe one index finger can enter. Then pour out the egg white. Leave the yolk in the egg shell.
Step5:Use a small spoon to pour the material into the eggshell. Fill it to nine points full (the eggshell will expand when you steam too much
Step6:It's better to wrap them one by one with tin paper. (to prevent material leakage) finally put them into a pressure cooker and steam for an hour.
