This is my daughter's favorite. It's crispy outside and tender inside. I also like it very much.

As long as you can eat less than half of the fish. 4. Oil temperature 70 degrees. Turn down the heat. Put in the fish. Don't always use chopsticks to move it. It will stick to the pot and break. The fish on the same side is yellow. Then turn over the fish. Fry the fish until both sides are brown and then put it into the material water. Soak it quickly and put it into the plate. It's ready to eat.
