Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Wash the mushrooms. Tear them like thi

  2. Step2:Prepare onion, ginger, garlic, pepper and anise. (I forgot to put the garlic on the plate to take a picture. Five petals is OK.

  3. Step3:Wash the chicken legs and wings and soak them in cold water for half an hour to remove the blood. Then scald them with boiling water for standby

  4. Step4:Heat the oil in a hot pot. Stir fry the onion, ginger, garlic, Zanthoxylum and anise for flavor. Stir fry the chicken. Stir fry the cooking wine for several times. Put in the delicious seafood sauce

  5. Step5:Pour in boiling water. Add sugar and salt. Then put in all the mushrooms

  6. Step6:Simmer for half an hour

  7. Step7:Out of pot and on plat
