Step1:The dough was kneaded to the expansion stage by the later oil method, put into a basin, covered with a fresh-keeping film for basic fermentation.
Step2:Divide the dough into 8 parts on average. Exhaust and knead. Cover with plastic film and relax for 15 minutes. The size of my score is different. Level problem
Step3:Roll the loose dough into long strips. Put coconut stuffing in the middle.
Step4:Roll up the dough.
Step5:Connect the two ends and put them into the silica gel mold. (some of them are directly made into pancakes and spread in molds. The bottom baked like that is not hollow.
Step6:Place the mold in a warm and moist place for secondary fermentation. After fermentation, brush the egg liquid and sprinkle with fluffy granules.
Step7:Preheat the oven 180 degrees. The middle layer is about 20 minutes.
Cooking tips:The recipe of this bread is the same as the cream braided bread in front. But it's filled with coconut cream puff. It's self-made. It's good to have bread as breakfast every day. Cake can't be eaten every day. There are skills in cooking.
