Step3:Cut off the head of the shrimp and pick out the sand line. Peel off the shell of the shrimp and keep the section at the end of the tail. Then cut a hole in the back. Insert the tail into the hole and expose the tail to make a shrimp ball.

Step5:Add minced garlic and 1 tsp steamed fish and soy sauce to the minced peppers, and then add a small half tsp of sugar. Finally, pour in a little cooking oil and mix well.

Step7:When the water in the steamer boils, steam the loofah shrimp cup and seasoning together. Turn off the fire for 35 minutes and simmer for another 1 minute. Finally, pour the steamed seasoning on the loofah shrimp cup.

Cooking tips:Minced peppers and steamed fish and soy sauce contain salt. So there is no need to add salt. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
