As long as you go to the western restaurant for dinner, you will order a Caesar salad. Then you eat it up. It's your first time to make it. My daughter is very supportive. She ate a lot of it. She ate all the Arctic shrimps. Her favorite is toast. So am I.
Step1:Boil the eggs first. Soak the lettuce and the fruit first. Wash later. Preheat the oven 180 degrees. Arctic shrimp take out the refrigerator in advance and thaw naturally.
Step2:Cut the toast to the side. Dice it. Pat the garlic flat. Chop it.
Step3:The pot is hot. Put the butter. After it's melted, add the garlic. Stir the garlic.
Step4:Stir fry the toast evenly.
Step5:Then put the toast in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Step6:When you stir fry toast, you can use another pot of water. When the water is boiled, blanch the thawed Arctic shrimp for a minute or two. Start the pot and drain. It's OK to scald it twice with boiling water, because Arctic shrimp is cooked.
Step7:When you bake the toast, you can wash the lettuce and the virgin fruit. The virgin fruit is cut in half. Half of the apples are peeled and diced. The eggs are peeled and diced.
Step8:Tear the lettuce into small pieces. Put it on the plate with all kinds of ingredients. Because there are many seeds in the Arctic shrimp. The whole can be eaten. So I didn't peel the shell. Put the whole in. Finally, squeeze lemon juice. Sprinkle cheese. Squeeze Caesar salad dressing. Sprinkle black pepper.
Step9:Take a fork in each hand and mix the salad. Start eating.
Cooking tips:I seldom try to make salad. It's not the most authentic. But it's really delicious. Because I use Caesar salad sauce directly ~ it's good to make dishes.
