Step1:Prepare materials.
Step2:Put the eggs in a clean big basin. First, use the electric beater to whip up the thick bubbles at a low speed, then pour in the white sugar and whisk at a high speed until the egg liquid does not drop when pulling up the head

Step6:Preheat the oven. 180 degrees. Place in the middle of the oven. Bake for about 30 minutes. After cooling, demould and cut into small pieces.
