Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Put the flour, eggs and sugar in the basin.

2. 

   Step2:Scald half of the surface with boiling water, as shown in the picture.

3. 

   Step3:The other half is cold water.

4. 

   Step4:Knead the dough.

5. 

   Step5:Divide the flour into small dough.

6. 

   Step6:Put some dry flour in the sand pond.

7. 

   Step7:Sugar the dough.

8. 

   Step8:Make a cake out of a rod.

9. 

   Step9:Put it in the pan.

10. 

    Step10:Burn it till it's golden on both sides.

11. 

    Step11:It's done. Cut and dish.

12. 

    Step12:The cookies are ready.
