When I was a child, I often ate the rice with vegetables made by my grandma. However, this rice with vegetables is different from the way of rice with vegetables in Northeast China. It's usually the way to cook the rice and mix the sauce and then eat it with lettuce. Today, I'd like to introduce a way to wrap the rice in the dish and steam it.
Step1:Dice mushrooms and sausages. Dice shallots.
Step2:Wash rice and soak it for 6 hours in advance. Add shiitake mushroom, sausages and chopped green onion to the rice. Mix in salt, oil, soy sauce and black pepper. Mix well.
Step3:Peel a piece of cauliflower. Wash it. Put it in the electric pot and heat it soft. Let it cool.
Step4:Spread the hot and soft dishes on the cutting board. Put the salted rice on it.
Step5:Fold it left and right firs

Step7:Fold it down. Put it on the plat
Step8:Put it into the steamer. When the rice is cooked for one hour, it will be ready to leave the pot (there is also a water boiling method. Now put all the wrapped rice into the pot. Then add water. Turn the bottom during the boiling process to avoid sticking the bottom
Step9:Dice the millet, pepper and garlic. Stir fry until fragrant. Add in the soy sauce as dip material.

Cooking tips:1. Rice with sauce. It's delicious. 2. If you like, you can mix some glutinous rice in the rice. It tastes better. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
