I always want to eat bread with coconut stuffing, so I have this bread with coconut.
Step1:Put in the bread bucket in liquid order except butter.
Step2:Mix for 30 minutes. Knead until extended and add butte
Step3:Knead until there is even film.
Step4:It's twice as big as room temperature.
Step5:Coconut stuffing. Butter and sugar powder dissolve in water.
Step6:Add coconut.

Step9:Press the dough to exhaust. Divide it into 6 equal parts. Cover with the plastic wrap and let it stand for 15 minutes. Roll each small dough into a tongue shape. Put on the coconut stuffing. Roll it up from the top. Rub it into long strips.
Step10:Spray the dough with water to keep it moist. Let the oven ferment for 45 minutes (it's hot in summer. Don't overdo it.
Step11:Preheat the oven 180 degrees. Take the scissors and cut them from the slant. Then cut them from the left. Cut them right and left. And so on.
Step12:Bake in the middle for 30 minutes.
Step13:Let it cool.

Cooking tips:Bacon and meat floss are delicious. I didn't brush the egg liquid on the bread, because I forgot to leave some stuffing out. But it doesn't affect the taste. It's still very soft the next day. I use ukoeo oven. The temperature is subject to my own oven. Cover with tin paper when the color is ready. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
