Step1:Cut mutton into pieces. Add ginger slices in cold water to make it in the pot. Turn the water on and skim off the froth. I also pressed it in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes. It will be more rotten. Take it out for standby. Wash and soak rice for half an hour in advance.
