I went to the supermarket with a woman ticket. When I met a cheap seafood, I suddenly wanted to make this Spanish Seafood Rice. I didn't buy saffron because of the temporary intention. But it didn't affect the taste at all. I'll try saffron again later if I have a chance.
Step1:Prepare materials.
Step2:Cut the cilantro and garlic. Cut the chili, onion and tomato into pieces. Brush the green mouth clean. Cut the black fish into pieces.
Step3:Put in the oil in the hot pot. Add the garlic, onion, tomato, red pepper, green pepper and green beans in turn and stir well.
Step4:Put in the rice that has been washed and soaked. Continue to stir fry. Add a tablespoon of red pepper powder. Stir evenly.
Step5:After the pepper powder and rice are evenly mixed, spread the washed seafood on the rice and add the prepared seafood soup. Just before the green taste, just pour in the right amount of white wine. Add some sea salt and black pepper. Add another slice of lemon (not too much).
Step6:Cook rice and seafood over medium heat with lid.
Step7:When the meal is almost ready, put the cilantro on it and keep it stuffy for a while. Then you can get out of the pot.

Step9:Add a slice of lemon to the plate. Grind some black pepper and sea salt to mix the taste. Although there is no saffron, the taste is pretty good. Try it soon.
Cooking tips:Lemon doesn't need to be put too much for deodorization. It will sour and destroy the taste. White wine can be used according to its own taste. My Chardonnay is very cheap. Seafood is mainly served with green mouth and shrimp. Others can be served by yourself. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
