Vietnam River noodles are famous all over the world. Today, I'd like to make a seafood taste.
Step1:Ingredients needed - dried Vietnamese rice noodles, a large bowl of beef soup (I used the clear soup of yesterday's beef stew. There is no thick soup with beef flavor). Seafood is my own preference. Chili, Thai style chili sauce, basil leaf, Thai cilantro, please do as you like. If you can't buy it, you can leave it.
Step2:Boil a pot of water. Boil the dried rice noodles for five minutes. Take out for standby.
Step3:Another pot. Cook the squid and shrimp balls in beef soup.
Step4:Pour the seafood River beef soup on the cooked rice noodles.
Step5:Sprinkle cilantro and basil leaves. Squeeze in some lemon juice. Add some chili sauce. A delicious and appetizing meal of Vietnamese seafood River noodles with low calories will be ready. Eat while it's hot.
