Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Slices of lean meat.

   Step2:Marinate half a spoon of salt and cooking oil for 1015 minutes.

   Step3:Wash the zucchini in half and then cut it in half. Use a spoon to dig out the flesh inside.

   Step4:Slice.

   Step5:Wash the mushrooms and slice them. Cut the scallions into circles. Cut the dried red peppers into small sections.

   Step6:Heat up the oil in the wok. Stir in the marinated meat until it turns white and discolored.

   Step7:Stir fry the remaining oil of the meat and then pour some oil to heat it. Add in the onion ring and dry red pepper to stir fry.

   Step8:Put mushrooms in.

   Step9:Stir fry until mushrooms are soft.

    Step10:Put in zucchini. Stir fry with salt for about two minutes.

    Step11:Stir fry the meat slices for about one minute.

    Step12:Add a spoonful of ketchup sauce. Stir fry over high heat to collect the juice. Turn off the heat and leave the pot.
