Step1:Cut tofu into pieces and put it into a bowl. Sprinkle salt on tofu. Blanch tofu with boiling water. Filter out excess water before tofu is put into the pot.
Step2:Turn the heat to medium. Pour vegetable oil into the pot. Stir fry the minced meat to make it fragrant.
Step3:Put in the chili sauce, stir fry the red oil, add in the scallion, ginger and mashed garlic, stir fry the fragrance.
Step4:Add cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar and chicken soup and stir well.
Step5:Add tofu and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step6:Add in the water starch to thicken the sauce. Before leaving the pot, sprinkle with hot oil and pepper powder. Enjoy.
