Step1:Soak the beancurd in water (the hot water I use). Brush the potatoes and carrots with silk. Blanch them. Take out the boiling pot and put them in cool water. Take out the drain after cooling. I hold it by hand.
Step2:Shred pepper and onion. Slice cucumber (wider). Chop garlic. Slice coriander.
Step3:I put 1 teaspoon salt in the onion, peppers and cucumbers. Put the cucumbers and carrots to death. Then put 1 teaspoon salt. Add the beancurd and minced garlic. Add the sugar and white vinegar (I put about 5 steel teaspoons of sugar and 7 teaspoons of vinegar). Don't put too much and taste them at one time. Put in the Korean chili sauce. Mix well. Finally put on the coriander and white sesame.
Cooking tips:I pour vinegar directly. My relatives will taste it. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
