As the saying goes, lotus is a treasure, and autumn lotus is the best tonic. The season of autumn is the time when fresh lotus roots should be sold. The weather is dry in autumn. Eating some lotus roots can nourish yin and clear heat, moisten dryness and quench thirst, clear heart and calm nerves.

Step7:Pour in oil in a small pot. First stir in the fragrant pepper to taste, then remove it. Then put in the dried pepper and garlic slices and stir to taste
Step8:Pour the cooked oil on the mixed vegetables and sprinkle with peanuts.
