I have ground a bag of coarse grain powder. There are job's tears, red rice, millet, black rice, red beans, mung beans, black beans, yams and so on. It's too monotonous to soak the paste. So I changed my way to eat it. -
Step1:Prepare the materials.
Step2:Put brown sugar, coarse grain powder and glutinous rice powder together.
Step3:Rub it with your hands. It doesn't matter if it's a little grainy.
Step4:Go through it.
Step5:It's a little dry at this time. Add some water. Don't add too much at a time.
Step6:Rub again. Rub the water evenly. Grasp it with your hand. Hold it gently. Let it go.
Step7:Another 12 passes. Am I playing with sand?
Step8:Press to shape with mould. Take care not to use too much force. It can be shaped. If the strength is not easy to control, practice more. Too loose to hold. Too tight affects the taste. Steam on water. Steam over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Step9:Be lazy. Pour in a large mold (six inch chrysanthemum plate) and smooth. Press gently. (this picture is not pressed yet
Step10:Press it like this. All of them huddled together. Steam on water. Steam over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Step11:Out of the pot. Soft and sweet pixel bean eater......?
Step12:It's not hard when it's cold. You can't eat it all and seal it.
Step13:One piece.
