Cooking Steps

  2. Step2:Add your own sugar free low-fat yogurt. If you don't make it, you can add the one you bought directly from the supermarket ~ ~ ~ you can write it later in the making process. Add some bananas.

  3. Step3:Juice program. Then start drinking ~ ~ ~ full of satiety ~

Cooking tips:I think bananas must be added. Because I make sugar free yoghurt by myself. If you don't add sweet fruit, it will be a little sour ~ afraid of irritating your stomach ~ so ~ if you can drink sour yoghurt specially. Or you can buy sugar yoghurt. It's also good to drink without bananas ~ ~ there are skills to make delicious dishes.
