Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Mix glutinous rice flour, glutinous rice flour and sugar together, add water, and knead them into powder granules by hand.

  2. Step2:Screen the powder with a coarse mesh.

  3. Step3:Put oil paper on the steamer, pour in the sifted powder, and level it with a scraper. Divide into 8 equal parts. Decorate with dates.
