I like this dish made by my mother.
Step1:Wash ribs with hot water. Prepare ginger, garlic and pepper.
Step2:Hot oil. Fry the spareribs until light.
Step3:The purpose of micro frying is to make the ribs crispy and tender.
Step4:After frying, add some chili powder. Stir fry for a while until the chili powder is fragrant. Add a bowl of water to the ribs.
Step5:Put on the lid and cook for a while. When the water is one-third of the water, open the lid. Boil the ribs with water, or the meat won't bite off
Step6:Add ginger, garlic, red pepper and salt. Stir fry. Add some soy sauce. Stir fry until dry and add a small amount of chicken essence.
Step7:When the water is dry, stir fry for a while. The crispy and tender ribs will be ready to come out of the pot.
