Pea soup comes from Spain. It's one of my favorite soups. Pea contains gibberellin and phytoagglutinin. It has the function of anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and metabolism enhancing. Pea soup can be served with bread for a simple breakfast or dinner. You can also make a part of the dinner. Four people's share is the weight of the restaurant. It's not a lot of standard western food soup plates. You can add and subtract materials in proportion according to your preferences. If you don't like butter, you can fry the onion in a little ordinary oil or dry the flour. Then add the soymilk directly into the bowl.
Step1:Peel the fresh peas. Or blanch the common fresh peas in boiling water. Cut a small part of the skin and squeeze it with your hand. You can remove the skin. Put in the blender. Add 500ml chicken soup or water to make a paste. Leave a dozen peas without beating them. Set aside.
Step2:Mix the method and cut it into 8 slices. Brush a layer of butter. It's ok if you don't brush. Put in a 150 degree preheated oven. Butter up. Heat for two minutes. Gold is good. It's OK to bake yellow in a pot. The butter is facing down. Cut bacon or sausages into thin shreds. Do not put oil in them. Put them in the pot and bake them. To be used.
Step3:Put the butter in the pan and fry the onion slices. Turn the butter into medium heat after it smells good. Put in the flour and fry the flour into golden yellow. Then pour in a bowl of soy milk. Add 200 ml chicken soup or water. Add cream and stir well. Put in a dozen spare peas. Keep stirring. If you don't like butter, you can dry fry the flour. Then directly add the bowl of soymilk.
Step4:The soup will be ready when it's bubbling. Before putting the pea soup in the bowl, take out the onions and throw them away. Add salt and stir well. Put the pea soup in a bowl. Put in 5g light cream. Some roasted bacon or sausages. And toast. The soup is ready to drink.
