I've been fascinated by making all kinds of healthy buns recently. All kinds of whole wheat flour, wheat germ, carrot, chiya seed are all used. There are so many good things at home that you can't waste without using them. Spinach is used in this little frog bread. Vegetable fiber is added. Hazelnut is still in the small eyes. Although they actually look very different from what I expected, they're not so ugly to decorate, are they~-
Step1:Blanch one spinach root and add a little water to make it muddy.
Step2:Put the spinach puree in the toaster. Add an egg. Salt.
Step3:Put in the whole wheat flour. Wheat germ. Then dig a small hole and put in the yeast.
Step4:Put in the bread maker. Select the hair making procedure. Put in the olive oil after the first kneading. The end of the sending procedure is as shown in the figure.
Step5:Peel six hazelnuts for use.
Step6:The dough is divided into three parts to make three frogs. Each part is taken down and divided into two parts to make two eyes. As shown in the picture, a small dough is wrapped into a hazelnut.
Step7:Rub it into a ball. Pinch out a sharp point (look carefully. The sharp point is at the bottom).
Step8:Poke two holes in the main dough with chopsticks. Put your eyes on it.
Step9:As shown in the picture, the three are ready to be put into the toaster for fermentation. (see. I expected it to be like this.
Step10:After fermentation, preheat the oven at 200 ℃ and bake for about 15 minutes. Then we can use the chocolate sauce to draw the facial features
